I often think that airplane is a giant, magical product. We say goodbye to our family, friends and love ones at the gate. Airline ground staff closed the airplane door. A few hours later, when the airplane door open once again we are already in a different country.
Airplane flies hundreds of miles a hour. It shortens the distances between two cities from days to hours. Many of us have the experiences of being a passenger on the airplane. We struggle with poor air quality, scanty space, jet lag and sleepless. As the time goes by, smile on our faces is gone little by little. And we look in the aisle, we wonder why are those flight attendants still full of energy?
Frank Steward has some answers for that.
Frank has worked as a flight attendant for 2 major U.S. carriers in the past 15 years. He is an author of 2 books which are: The Plane Truth: Shift Happens at 35,000 Feet (October 2003) and The Air Traveler’s Survival Guide (September 2001), and a writer for a newspaper. He continues to fly and write about “the people I meet at thirty-five thousand feet.”
He also has his own website. There are about 20 stories that he posted on his website under the category of newsletter. He provides us a different point of view of air travel. He told us stories about the lavatoris, special meals, etc. His article is funny, interesting, and worth of thinking.
